South Korea – KC EMC – Wireless
2025年12月22日,韓國國家無線電研究機構(RRA)發佈了《終端設備技術標準》的部分修訂版(國家無線電研究機構公告第2025-13號),該修訂版將於2026年6月21日生效。
此次修訂旨在加強網路攝像機的網路安全,要求網路攝像機具備安全的密碼設置功能:
- -密碼長度必須至少為8個字元,且至少包含以下四種字元類型中的三種:大寫字母、小寫字母、數位和特殊字元。或者,密碼長度至少為10個字元,且至少包含上述四種字元類型中的兩種。
- -最多允許連續輸入五次錯誤密碼,之後設備將被暫時鎖定30秒至60分鐘。
On December 22, 2025, the National Radio Research Agency (RRA) of South Korea issued a partial revision to the Technical Standards for Terminal Equipment (RRA Public Notice No. 2025-13), which will enter into force on June 21, 2026.
This revision aims to enhance the cybersecurity of network cameras by introducing mandatory secure password configuration requirements, including:
- The password must be at least eight (8) characters in length and include at least three (3) of the following four character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters;
or alternatively, the password must be at least ten (10) characters in length and include at least two (2) of the above character types. - A maximum of five (5) consecutive incorrect password attempts shall be permitted, after which the device shall be temporarily locked for a period ranging from thirty (30) seconds to sixty (60) minutes.
Australia – ACMA
2026年1月15日,澳大利亞通信和媒體管理局發佈了《2026年無線電通信設備(通用)修訂規則(第1號)》,該規則修訂了《2021年無線電通信設備(通用)規則》。此次修訂擴大了原有的豁免條款。本檔自2026年1月16日起生效。
On January 15, 2026, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) issued the Radiocommunications Equipment (General) Amendment Rules 2026 (No. 1), which amend the Radiocommunications Equipment (General) Rules 2021.
This amendment expands the scope of the existing exemption provisions. The instrument enters into force on January 16, 2026.
Yemen – MTIT
2026年1月9日,葉門電信和資訊技術部 (MIT) 的現行證書頒發結構進行了更新。
目前有兩個獨立的機構負責簽發證書:
- MTIT – 沙那政府(沙那控制區)
- MTIT – 國際認可的過渡/合法政府(亞丁控制區)

On January 9, 2026, the existing certification issuance structure of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology (MIT) of Yemen was updated.
Currently, there are two separate authorities responsible for issuing certificates:
- MTIT – Sana’a Government (Sana’a-controlled areas)
- MTIT – Internationally recognized Transitional/Legitimate Government (Aden-controlled areas)
Each authority issues certificates independently, and certificates issued by one authority are not recognized by the other.
Certificates issued by a non-recognized authority may result in delays or disruption of market access. Products must obtain certification from the competent authority governing the destination region.
Uganda – UCC
烏干達通信委員會 (UCC) 發佈了《烏干達頻率分配表8.3 kHz – 3000 GHz》。該表將無線電頻譜細分為多個頻段,並明確了各頻段的一般用途。
- 為5925–6425 MHz 頻段添加適用於國際移動通信 (IMT)、短程無線電通信設備 (SRD)、超寬頻 (UWB) 和固定無線接入系統 (FWAS) 的國家註腳。
- 擴展國際移動通信 (IMT) 頻段:694–790 MHz 和3300–3800 MHz。
The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has issued the Uganda National Table of Frequency Allocations (8.3 kHz – 3000 GHz).
The table subdivides the radio spectrum into multiple frequency bands and specifies the general use of each band.
Key updates include:
- The addition of national footnotes for the 5925–6425 MHz band, designating its applicability for International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT), Short Range Devices (SRD), Ultra-Wideband (UWB) systems, and Fixed Wireless Access Systems (FWAS).
- The expansion of frequency bands allocated for International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) to include 694–790 MHz and 3300–3800 MHz.
Lebanon – MOT
2026年1月1日,黎巴嫩電信監管局 (TRA) 在其官方網站上發佈公告,型號核准證書的頒發權已從電信部 (MoT) 移交至黎巴嫩電信監管局 (TRA)。該決定自2026年初(2026年1月1日)起生效。
On January 1, 2026, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Lebanon announced on its official website that the authority to issue type approval certificates has been transferred from the Ministry of Telecommunications (MoT) to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA).
This decision took effect at the beginning of 2026, effective January 1, 2026.
Moldova – ANRCETI
無線電頻率許可證的招標結果,這些頻率用於提供公共移動和固定電子通信網路及服務。
該決定自2025年12月22日起生效。
On December 22, 2025, the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of Moldova (ANRCETI) issued Decision No. 54, approving the results of the tender for radio frequency licenses in the 700 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2300 MHz, 2600 MHz, 3600 MHz, and 26 GHz bands.
These frequency bands are designated for the provision of public mobile and fixed electronic communications networks and services. The decision entered into force on December 22, 2025.
Moldova – ARCOM
2026年1月14日,原國家電子通信和資訊技術監管局 (ANRCETI)正式更名為莫爾達瓦國家通信監管局 (ARCOM),自2026年1月1日起生效。
On January 14, 2026, the former National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) was officially renamed the National Regulatory Authority for Communications of Moldova (ARCOM), with the change taking effect retroactively from January 1, 2026.
Mauritius – ICTA
2025年12月22日,模里西斯資訊與通信技術管理局(ICTA)發佈了編號為ICTA/DEC/02/2025的決定:《2025年12月22日關於開放700 MHz頻段用於IMT網路(包括5G)測試和運營的決定》。
根據該決定,ICTA為使用700 MHz頻段設定了技術限制,以便移動運營商能夠運行5G NR等先進系統。

On December 22, 2025, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) of Mauritius issued Decision No. ICTA/DEC/02/2025, entitled “Decision of 22 December 2025 on the Opening of the 700 MHz Band for IMT Networks (including 5G) for Testing and Operational Use.”
Under this decision, ICTA established technical conditions and limitations for the use of the 700 MHz frequency band, enabling mobile operators to deploy advanced systems such as 5G New Radio (5G NR).
The decision entered into force on December 22, 2025.
India – TEC
2025年12月29日,印度電信工程中心(TEC)發佈了第5-5/2024-TC/TEC號檔,宣佈將電信設備強制性測試和認證(MTCTE)體系下,基本要求(ERs)相關多項參數及介面的豁免期限延長至2026年6月30日,或至新通知發佈時止。
On December 29, 2025, the Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) of India issued File No. 5-5/2024-TC/TEC, announcing the extension of the exemption period for multiple parameters and interfaces related to the Essential Requirements (ERs) under the Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecommunication Equipment (MTCTE) scheme.
The exemption period has been extended until June 30, 2026, or until further notice is issued, whichever is earlier.
India – WPC
2026年1月20日,印度通信部正式批准了允許低功率室內設備和超低功率設備免許可使用6 GHz頻段(5925–6425 MHz)的新規。該規則自2026年1月21日在官方公報上公佈之日起生效。
On January 20, 2026, the Ministry of Communications of India formally approved new regulations permitting low-power indoor devices and very low power devices to operate in the 6 GHz frequency band (5925–6425 MHz) on a license-exempt basis.
The regulations entered into force on January 21, 2026, upon their publication in the Official Gazette.
UAE
2026年1月21日,阿聯酋發佈了如下新版能效標籤標準。
- UAE.S 5010-1:2025,《家用電器能效標籤 第1部分:低容量空調》
- UAE.S 5010-5:2025,《家用電器能效標籤 第5部分:大容量空調》
這些標準計畫於2026年11月15日起強制執行。
On January 21, 2026, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) released the following new energy efficiency labeling standards:
- UAE.S 5010-1:2025, Energy Efficiency Labeling of Household Appliances – Part 1: Low-Capacity Air Conditioners
- UAE.S 5010-5:2025, Energy Efficiency Labeling of Household Appliances – Part 5: High-Capacity Air Conditioners
These standards are scheduled to become mandatory as of November 15, 2026.
Vietnam
2025年12月31日,越南發佈第56/2025/TT-BKHCN號通知,引入QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN(取代QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN),成為LED照明產品安全與電磁相容技術法規。該法規規定了LED照明產品的安全、EMC、標籤以及合格評定要求。
實施及過渡規定:
- 自2026年6月1日起,除海關編碼為9405.11.99的LED照明產品外,QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN附錄A所列的所有LED照明產品,在投放市場前必須符合QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN的規定。
- 自2027年1月1日起,QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN附錄A中規定的所有LED照明產品在投放市場前,必須符合QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN的規定。
On December 31, 2025, Vietnam issued Circular No. 56/2025/TT-BKHCN, introducing QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN, which replaces QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN, as the national technical regulation governing the safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of LED lighting products.
The regulation specifies requirements related to safety, EMC, labeling, and conformity assessment for LED lighting products.
Implementation and transitional provisions:
- From June 1, 2026, all LED lighting products listed in Annex A of QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN, except those classified under HS code 9405.11.99, shall comply with the requirements of QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN prior to being placed on the market.
- From January 1, 2027, all LED lighting products specified in Annex A of QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN shall comply with the requirements of QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN before being placed on the market.
Saudi Arabia SASO – SASO
2025年初,沙特通信、空間與技術委員會(CST)宣佈,2025年2月12日起,通信設備的型式批准程式已轉移到SABER平臺,CST不再通過CST門戶頒發RF型式認證證書。此外,2025年8月16日,沙特標準、計量和品質組織(SASO)發佈了《通信和資訊設備技術法規》。任何需要CST批准的設備現在都將通過SABER平臺發放證書。
In early 2025, the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) of Saudi Arabia announced that, effective February 12, 2025, the type approval process for telecommunications equipment had been migrated to the SABER platform, and that CST would no longer issue RF type approval certificates through the CST portal.
Furthermore, on August 16, 2025, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) issued the Technical Regulation for Communications and Information Technology Equipment. Under this regulation, all equipment requiring CST approval is now certified through the SABER platform.
Vietnam – MOST
2025年11月30日,越南科學技術部(MOST)正式發佈《6 GHz頻段無線接入設備國家技術法規》, 編號QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN,該法規將於2027年1月1日生效並強制執行,取代現行的法規QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT。
On November 30, 2025, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of Vietnam officially issued the National Technical Regulation on Wireless Access Equipment in the 6 GHz Band, designated as QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN.
This regulation will enter into force and become mandatory on January 1, 2027, replacing the existing regulation QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT.
Thailand – NBTC
2025年12月4日,泰國國家廣播和電信委員會(NBTC)發佈公告,修訂《無線電頻率及無線通訊設備通用使用標準》,新增DECT頻段及使用條件,並於2025年12月5日起正式生效。
2025年12月28日,泰國國家廣播和電信委員會(NBTC)通知相關利益方,更新藍牙設備的測試報告要求,自2026年2月1日起,藍牙設備必須提交電氣安全測試報告才能獲得SDoC。
On December 4, 2025, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand issued an announcement revising the General Standard for the Use of Radio Frequency and Radiocommunications Equipment.
The revision introduces the DECT frequency band and specifies the corresponding conditions of use.
The amended standard entered into force on December 5, 2025.
On December 28, 2025, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand notified relevant stakeholders of updated testing report requirements for Bluetooth devices.
Effective February 1, 2026, Bluetooth devices must submit an electrical safety test report in order to obtain a Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity (SDoC).

On December 5, 2025, the National Radio Research Agency (RRA) of South Korea issued a partial revision to the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Measurement Standard.
The revised standard will enter into force and become mandatory on April 1, 2026.
Key change:
- The SAR measurement methodology has been updated from KS C 3370-1 to KS C 3350.
Algeria – ARPCE

On December 3, 2025, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPT) of Algeria officially announced the launch of the 5G mobile network during an event held at the Algiers International Conference Center.
Serbia – Ratel
2025年12月2日,塞爾維亞電子通信和郵政服務監管局(RATEL)宣佈,已向三大移動運營商 Telekom Srbija、Yettel和A1 Srbija頒發IMT無線電頻譜使用的個人許可證,標誌著塞爾維亞正式進入5G商用部署階段。

On December 2, 2025, the Serbian Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) announced that it had granted individual radio spectrum licenses for International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) to the three major mobile operators — Telekom Srbija, Yettel, and A1 Srbija — marking Serbia’s official entry into the commercial deployment phase of 5G networks.
Licensed frequency bands include:
- 694–790 MHz

Libya – CIM
2025年12月16日,利比亞通信和資訊總局(CIM)發佈了第306/2025號決定,批准了在863-870 MHz頻段使用遠端廣域網路(LoRaWAN)技術提供物聯網(IoT)服務的監管控制和條件,並於2025年12月14日起正式生效。
On December 16, 2025, the General Authority for Communications and Informatics (CIM) of Libya issued Decision No. 306/2025, approving the regulatory framework and conditions for the provision of Internet of Things (IoT) services using LoRaWAN technology in the 863–870 MHz frequency band.
The decision entered into force on December 14, 2025.
